Pipoh ("we", "us") operates the AI Creative Playground at studio.pipoh.ai. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
Pipoh lets you generate images, video, audio, and edited media using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, Atlas Cloud, fal.ai, Freepik, and others enumerated in the Privacy Policy § 5). The service exposes a curated catalog of models, a wallet of credits called Pips that meter usage, and tools to organize, edit, and (optionally) publish your generated content.
The service is provided as-is during early access. We may add, remove, or modify features without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & account
Pipoh Studio is intended solely for users aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The service uses generative AI and may produce mature or adult-oriented content that is not suitable for minors. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to access or use the service, and an account found to belong to a person under 18 may be suspended or terminated. This does not affect our zero-tolerance prohibition on any content that sexualizes minors, which is enforced separately and absolutely.
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us at privacy@pipoh.ai if you suspect your account has been compromised. Authentication is handled by Clerk; account sharing is not permitted.
3. User content & ownership
You own the content you generate. Subject to compliance with § 5, all images, videos, audio tracks, and edits produced through Pipoh belong to you and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
You grant Pipoh a limited license to store your content on our infrastructure, display it to you (and to anyone you explicitly share with), and process it for service features (tagging, search, derivations). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Pipoh does not claim copyright over your content and will not use it for model training without explicit opt-in.
Make Public is durable and survives account closure. When you click "Make Public" on a generation, you place a copy into the public Explore feed. This is irreversible from your side — you cannot un-publish later; only Pipoh administrators can remove a public creation in response to a legal request, ToS violation, or DMCA. The public copy persists even if you delete the original from your Gallery or close your account entirely. On account closure your handle and avatar are removed from the public copy (anonymized), but the creation itself stays in the feed. This is disclosed in-app the first time you publish.
4. Pips, payments, refunds
Pips are in-app credit; they are not money, not redeemable for cash, and have no value outside Pipoh. We may adjust Pip costs at any time; changes are logged in the Console pricing audit and apply to future operations only.
Payments are processed by Paddle (when activated). Refunds for the most recent top-up are available within 7 days, prorated for Pips spent. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. Free-tier Pips do not roll over.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Pipoh to create or distribute content that:
- Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination + referral to authorities.
- Constitutes non-consensual sexual imagery.
- Impersonates a real person to defraud, defame, or harass.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or discrimination based on protected attributes.
- Promotes illegal activity under Brazilian law.
- Attempts to bypass, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Infringes third-party IP when used commercially.
Violations may result in suspension, content removal, and — for the first two categories — referral to law enforcement.
6. Third-party providers
Pipoh routes generation requests to third-party AI providers (see Privacy Policy § 5). Their content policies and rate limits apply on top of these Terms. We are not responsible for their downtime, model quality, or enforcement decisions.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or service-stability threats, with 30 days' notice for non-violation terminations and immediate notice for violations. You may close your account anytime via Account Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion is irreversible after a 30-day grace period.
8. Disclaimers
The service is as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law (CDC Art. 14 § 3 II):
- We do not warrant generation accuracy, originality, or suitability.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages exceeding the total you paid Pipoh in the 12 months prior to the incident.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes resolve in the courts of São Paulo, SP, except consumer disputes that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code routes to your domicile.
10. Changes
Material changes are announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
